Gun Hill Residences sets a new standard for off-campus living. Gun Hill offers a residential college atmosphere, set on a beautifully landscaped quadrangle adjacent to the Cornell campus. In designing Gun Hill, we have sought to create an environment conducive to the academic and social lives of our residents. Our Lake Street building is constructed of brick, evoking Old Boston and featuring beautiful 19th century brickwork details. Attention to detail is evident throughout the design of the complex. The picturesque cupola tower, with its distinctive all-copper roof, has become a contemporary local landmark. The quadrangle buildings with their elegant entryways form a perimeter around the landscaped-acre expanse. The quadrangle is a great place to relax and socialize.

Gun Hill Residences is owned and managed by Mark Finkelstein, a Cornell graduate, and was designed by Peter Flynn, also a Cornell alumnus. Peter Flynn was the recipient of a 1988 White House Award for Architecture.
